With that horizon, last July 19 in Navacerrada, developers of the application Alternative called Vertex gave us a period of time to conduct these negotiations, term ending September 11.
During this time, the comrade who allegedly head the other candidate, Jesus Lopez , we had shown its intention to reach that single list, to which we have answered yes to negotiate whenever we entered programs and work teams.
But time passes, and the imminence of the deadline we had given at the meeting of Navacerrada, last September 9 e-mail subpoenaed by Comrade Jesus Lopez to a quick response to start negotiations. The content of the communication reads as follows (in our website is the full version):
Dear Comrade:
After the offers made by you, Comrade both Juan Antonio Aguilar in solitary (30 June) and the other members of the National Board to participate in Alternative Vertex (July 27) as well as the comments you made me at lunch from 30 July to negotiate a single candidate to Congress, and taking into account that:
a) completed within one month (August 27) that you propose to consider the possibility of achieving a single application, and
b) ends next Sept. 11 the deadline agreed in Navacerrada members Alternative Vertex to begin negotiations.
you please give us an answer within 24 hours on 11 September, in the sense of whether there is intention to open negotiations that period or, otherwise, we closed the above possibility.

Between 18 and 24 hours on 11 September were not the phones stopped ringing but time was running out. No response . It was midnight. New round of phone calls and 00.30 hours we agreed to send the following statement.
Comrades
As you recall, last July 19 a deadline decided to begin negotiations with a view to achieving a single list to submit to the next National Congress of FE-JONS, period ending at 24 hours a day 11.
On September 9, sent a letter to Comrade Jesus López begging before the deadline we would forward its intention to start talks to find this list only to Congress.
At 00.30 hours on September 12 we inform all party members and supporters that none of the authorized representatives of the Board of Alternative Promoter Vertex has received one phone message, mail or in writing, by for the candidate that leads Jesus Lopez.
This means a new situation and a scenario other than that contemplated as possible until very recently. From now on, everyone who knows its responsibilities and fulfill its duty.

Two in the morning of September 12. Not even a possible delay in the network justified and no response. You have to take another quick decision because after five hours Comrade M. Leal left for Havana. New round new phone and the network statement:

to Lhasa 10 hours of September 12 is delivered, via e-mail and regular mail, to members of the Interim Committee of Congress official candidacy for National Board part of what has been called Alternative Vertex.
This candidacy for public knowledge will consist of:

Cda. Manuel Leal , National Secretariat for Political Action.

will soon publish the rest of the team that will support the work of the National Board proposal because, although their positions do not fall within the list of those elected by the Congress, we want to be known in advance for all delegates.
